UNLIMITED COMMUNICATION

❋ 1 meeting in person at initial Consultation

❋ 1 meeting within a month of the event to finalize details

❋ 10 Hours day of service: management of all vendors, flow of all events, placing + repacking any personal décor.

❋ 1 Hour rehearsal management (upon availability)

❋ Assistance with ceremony flow, timeline development, vendor recommendations, logistics of event.

UNLIMITED COMMUNICATION

❋ 1 meeting in person at initial consultation

❋ Assistance with Timeline development, Ceremony Flow, Vendor Recommendations

❋ Up to 5 planning meetings to assist with design aspects of the event (florals, linens, rentals, décor, etc.)

❋ Coordination of wedding rental/décor items, Confirming orders/quantities/delivery + pickup

❋ 12 Hours day of service - management of all vendors and flow of all events, placing and repacking up any personal décor

❋ 1 Hour of rehearsal management (upon availability) 

UNLIMITED COMMUNICATION

Everything included in Partial Planning plus:

❋ Up to 14 hours day of service

❋ Budget management throughout planning process

❋ Handling all aspects of vendors and from booking through execution (minus payments and signing contracts)

❋ Timeline development, Ceremony Flow, Layout Development, Vendor, Décor, + Design Recommendations
